This was a guest bedroom that will get infrequent use, but our client wanted it to be ready anyway. We used Benjamin Moore's
Horizon on the walls. A simple linen check was used for the roman shades
and curtains. All of the furniture is painted: the four-poster bed, bedside tables and
small TV cabinet make the room seem bigger and more spacious. An area rug was chosen for its subtle pattern. The result is a guest
bedroom that is neither feminine or masculine: just comfortable with everything a
guest room should have.
