Becky Davis Botanicals Trunk Show

We are so excited to announce that Mrs. Howard is hosting a trunk show for famed botanicals designer Becky Davis! If you have not already heard of her, then you are in for a real treat.

Becky's work is incredible and one-of-a-kind, adding a genuine organic feel to any space in which it is placed. Phoebe is a huge fan, and we have used her botanicals in so many different rooms. Becky wades through the deep marshes of South Carolina to gather her beautiful specimens, avoiding alligators and wasps along the way! Becky says it is entirely worth the effort, and we are so glad she is willing to do it.

The trunk show will be at Max & Company in Atlanta on Friday, July 10 through Saturday, July 11 during our regular store hours (Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.). The store is in the Galleries at Peachtree Hills: 425 Peachtree Hills Avenue.

Becky has agreed to attend the trunk show, and we are so lucky she will be there. This is such a fantastic opportunity to meet someone as talented and well-recognized as she is. We hope to see many of you there. There is no cost for this event, and no need to RSVP, but please feel free to contact me with any questions.

Since the event is still a few weeks away, take a look at the many beauties in the photo below - hopefully these will tide you over until then (talk about variety - from elephant ears to wildflowers, Becky does it all).

UPDATE: we also plan to have a trunk show with Becky in our Jacksonville and Charlotte locations in the fall!

Pillows: New Additions!

We frequently receive requests to post the pillows we have at Mrs. Howard and Max & Company. Because they change so often, we cannot commit it to a permanent category, but we wanted to give you a peak at we have now.

Phoebe custom-designs the majority of the pillows we carry. She selects the most beautiful fabrics and then adds the prettiest dressmaker details. Phoebe also designs pillows for clients' homes, so do not hesitate to ask if you interested. She has even created really beautiful monogrammed pillows - definitely an indulgence but worth every penny (see the very last pillow below)! Price depends entirely on fabric and detail choice.

Hurricanes
